Join us for a truly special evening at Rafter 8 Market Farm, where faith, community, and fresh flavors come together for an unforgettable farm-to-table experience. Our Field to Fork Dinner invites you to slow down, gather around the table, and enjoy a beautifully curated menu featuring pork, poultry, produce, and more, all raised and grown right here on our family farm.
The evening will begin with a warm welcome and light refreshment as you arrive and settle in for a guided farm tour. You’ll see where your meal began, from pasture to produce, and learn more about our regenerative, faith-driven approach to farming. Afterward, you will be seated at our table for a plated, chef-inspired meal and homemade dessert, all prepared with ingredients harvested from our land and served with genuine Texas hospitality.
